High Performance Products Pty Ltd was founded in 1991 by Mark Luckman and Brad Stuart, who remain the driving force behind this vibrant company. Mark and Brad recognised a need in Queensland to provide the automotive aftermarket industry with a local identity that cared about their customers. Backed by a wealth of industry experience, and an enthusiasm
to match, they took on the “national identities” and started up from home.

The foundations were established from a loyal customer base throughout Queensland, many of whom remain with us to this day. As our reputation for supplying locally sourced quality brand name product grew our focus remained on providing exceptional customer service.

The continued growth in customer numbers which now stands at over 850 accounts around Australia shows that our strong commitment to personalised service and attention to detail is being rewarded by continued support and consequent growth. As the business has grown, we have outgrown our premises; the search for alternate premises able to support our continued expansion is always on-going. In November 2003 we undertook another bold step by moving to a warehouse with a total of 6,000 square metres, which will support our next growth phase. This next phase commenced in July 2004 that saw High Performance Products take over the long established Sydney brand of automotive accessories called ‘Fleet Automotive Products’, this acquisition has given us a foothold in the very competitive New South Wales market. Not content to stand still and always being on the lookout for opportunities to expand, High Performance Products have recently taken over the operations of ‘Gasmiser’ gasket products in New South Wales, which will enhance our product range nationally as well as achieve cost savings through reducing the supply chain from production to end consumer.

Today we stock over 45,000 individual line items, High Performance Products specialises in the automotive aftermarket and distributes products with integrity which is testimony to the close links we have formed with icon brands and organisations like Top Gun, Speco, VHT, Redline, Gates, Tridon, CPC, Meguiars and Pennzoil, to name just a few.

High Performance Products recognised, some 3 years ago, that there was a need in the marketplace for a range of quality imported product lines at more affordable prices. We are now
successfully sourcing an ever growing range of tools and accessories offshore, which are of high quality, well packaged and compliant with all relevant Australian Standards. These premium imported products are branded using our family of registered trade marks to aim at allowing a point of difference for our customers in the automotive aftermarket.

In order for us to fully support any product range, whether existing or new, we must be able to read the market demands so as to promote and supply accordingly. The key to success in this area is having qualified personnel who can research the market and deliver a product to meet an identified demand. High Performance Products have retained staff that are experience and qualified to maintain the reputation and drive created by Mark and Brad ensuring the relationships with our customers and suppliers are mutually beneficial and successful.

We look to the future with optimism, the evolving range of quality brand names and our expanding import program will meet the changing demands of our customer.
